As a coach, I find such joy in building a community of like-minded individuals that I can connect with in and out of the studio. Fitness, and the physical and mental challenges that come with it, have made me into an empowered version of myself and I aim to inspire others to do the same!
People are always curious about how I came to be a fitness coach, and the truth is – movement inspires me. I grew up as a dancer - classically trained in ballet - and that kept me moving from the time I was a toddler until my first corporate job. I left sunny Florida for NYC and needed something that felt like home. A good friend convinced me to join a gym with her and I never looked back! After about 6 months of taking group fitness classes, I jumped in with everything I had to audition to become an instructor. Truly one of the best decisions I’ve made!
Fitness is my way of life. Movement feels like home. Together, they have been the way that I tap into my best self to feel strong, confident and capable of anything. And I know that it’s my purpose to help you discover that and so much more.
